No bailiff date yet

I popped into the Bristol County Court this afternoon and was told no date has yet been set for bailiffs to come and evict us from our squat.

This is an unexpected surprise - as the court hearing was last Thursday we'd expected to be out at the end of this week.  Looks like it's taking longer to co-ordinate between the court bailiff section, Lloyds TSB and the police.

We're not planning to resist the eviction at all.  We'll want to have all our stuff out and moved to the next place and get this one all tidied up.  If we get it together we'll try and get press round and make a friendly event out of it, maybe with some more placards, tea and cake for the neighbours and whatnot.

It's hard to organise an eviction properly as the bailiffs rarely turn up on the given day / time and of course the sensible element of the squat crew will have moved to the new place to hold it and start getting it together leaving the, er, less sensible people behind to fend for themselves.  We're going to try and avoid that this time round.
